As a part of ongoing effort to keep systems patched and current with the latest secure versions, we are scheduling updates to the operating system and database.

Impact on Systems:

Servers will be restarted after the updates are complete. Downtime for each client will be less than 15 minutes.

Scheduled - The Jenzabar Cloud Services team will be updating the jenzabarcloud.com SSL wildcard certificate over the next couple of evenings as the current certificate is due to expire on 5/31/2026. If your institution uses this certificate within your JAAS environment you maybe experience a very brief downtime. This downtime generally lasts under a minute but could last a little longer as services restart. If your institution uses the RD Web Client they may need to clear their cache / cookies for the new certificate to be recognized. If you experience any issues please submit a support ticket right away and we will work to correct any issues that might arise. The maintenance window will being at 8pm EST and run until 2am EST on 5/27, 5/28 and 5/29.
