The Jenzabar Cloud Services team will be updating the jenzabarcloud.com SSL wildcard certificate over the next couple of evenings as the current certificate is due to expire on 6/28/2025. If your institution uses this certificate within your JAAS environment you may experience a very brief downtime. This downtime generally lasts under a minute but could last a little longer as services restart. If your institution uses the RD Web Client, they may need to clear their cache / cookies for the new certificate to be recognized. If you experience any issues, please submit a support ticket right away and we will work to correct any issues that might arise. The maintenance window will begin 6/27 at 8pm EDT and run until 2am EDT on 6/28.
