Please be advised -- we will be performing critical network maintenance on Thursday, July 4th, starting at 3:30pm EDT. Downtime WILL OCCUR as part of this outage.

Connectivity affected:
Public Connectivity to any/all cloud-hosted servers
IPSec VPN connectivity

Connectivity not affected:
Connectivity between hosted servers should remain online throughout the outage

While the outage window is for 2 hours, the amount of time systems will be unavailable are anticipated to be in the 15-30 minute range.

Once completed, all public connectivity will be restored, and IPSec VPNs are expected to come online automatically. If you experience any issues, please log a support call via the Jenzabar Support Portal. https://support.jenzabar.net
