Jenzabar Cloud Infrastructure engineers will be applying routine updates to edge firewalls in each of the IBM data center locations. These updates will bring needed bug fixes and security patches to the edge firewalls in the environment.

No downtime of customer workloads is expected during this time. A brief interruption of public connectivity could take place, however the interruption is expected to be short in duration (0-15 seconds). All current traffic flows will be shifted temporarily to redundant devices during the updates.
