Scheduled Maintenance Report for Jenzabar Cloud

The scheduled maintenance went as planned. Most, if not all, customers shouldn't have noticed any issues or network blips in traffic while routing was shifted over to standby appliances.

We are closing out this cloud maintenance incident. If you have any issues, please report them as you normally would through the Jenzabar Support Portal.

We will be applying routine patches to the edge routers in our North America East and North America Central data center locations (IBM locations only). These updates will bring needed bug fixes as well as ongoing security and vulnerability patches.

There is an expected traffic disruption (1-10 seconds) that is expected during these patches while failover transitions to the inactive router node. This could happen up to two times during the maintenance.
