Update
Stage 1 of 2 has been completed at this time. All customer workloads have continued to remain online during this stage. VPN connections have been transferred from old edge nodes onto upgraded edges. During this transition, VPN sessions would have either successfully shifted and maintained connectivity, or they would have restarted altogether.
Stage 2 will take considerably longer, however all workloads are expected to remain online during this stage without any connectivity or availability blips. While there is still a chance of connectivity briefly being disconnected, we don't anticipate this during this stage.
We will update as soon as we have further progress to report.

In a continued effort to provide more reliable and secure services in our North America Central Region, Jenzabar's Cloud Infrastructure team will be installing patches to customer firewalls on July 4th. Work will begin near 7am EST and will continue until all work has been completed.
At most, we anticipate 1-2 brief disruptions of VPN connectivity between customer sites and the data center while traffic is shifted between active and standby appliances. Customer workloads being carried by the cluster will remain online and available throughout the duration of the maintenance window.
