The Jenzabar Managed Services team will continue work on updating the jenzabarcloud.com SSL certificate for institutions that were not updated on the evenings of 5/28 & 5/29. If your institution uses this certificate you may experience a very brief downtime. This downtime generally lasts under a minute but could last a little longer as services restart. If your institution uses the Remote Desktop Web Client your users may need to clear their cache / cookies for the new certificate to be recognized. If you experience any issues please submit a support ticket. The maintenance window will being at 8pm EST and run until 2am EST, 6/6/24.
