The Jenzabar Managed Services team will be updating the jenzabarcloud.com SSL wildcard certificate over the next couple of evenings as the current certificate is due to expire on 6/8/2024. If your institution uses this certificate within your JAAS environment you maybe experience a very brief downtime. This downtime generally lasts under a minute but could last a little longer as services restart. If your institution uses the RD Web Client they may need to clear their cache / cookies for the new certificate to be recognized. If you experience any issues please submit a support ticket right away and we will work to correct any issues that might arise. The maintenance window will being at 8pm EST and run until 2am EST on both 5/29 and 5/30.
