Cloud Infrastructure will be failing over routing services to secondary devices in both data center locations. This would include North America East and North America Central data center locations and applies to all Jenzabar hosted services (J1, EX, CX, SONIS, and Campus Marketplace/Higher Reach). A disruption of public facing services is expected to be less than 15 seconds and will happen only once during the outage window.
